Groomzilla and I have been using our shared Discover card for our shared expenses, i.e bills, dinners, wedding deposits etc. etc. and we have yet to cash in our cash back rewards. We finally decided that we are going to hold off and save them up to use them while on our HONEYMOON! So far we are up to $344.00 and we plan on using that free money to engorge on dangerously delicious food.If you are not currently an owner of a rewards credit card whether it be for cash, gift cards, or air miles I highly suggest you get on board quick, it really and truly is FREE money.

i wish we had done this when we first got engaged! it's such a good idea.. and we had a really long engagement (nearly 2 years by the time our day comes along). the only thing i did open, which i actually regret now, is the macy's rewards card. but i'm hoping once i understand how it works... i really have no clue right now, i'll enjoy it a little more. ;)
but that's great having that money set aside and knowing you can use it on your honeymoon!
Sounds like a smart idea to use them on the honeymoon! Wish we had something like this! :)
i have a citicard and i like it for the concert perks. i'd like to have my next CC be one with travel miles and/or cash back though.
